After weeks of meticulous work, the ESSENZA project is finally complete, surpassing all expectations. This high-end renovation has redefined standards of comfort and elegance, with attention paid to every detail.
From the moment you enter, the apartment reveals a new ambiance—brighter, more refined, and welcoming. The plasterwork has been completely redone, providing immaculate and harmonious surfaces. For both aesthetic appeal and functionality, we applied a special water-repellent paint, ensuring longevity and enhanced resistance to humidity.
The ceiling has also been transformed: the paneling was repainted in white, adding a touch of purity and modernity that visually enlarges the space.
On the floor, new gray marble-effect porcelain tiles have been installed throughout the apartment, offering timeless elegance and visual continuity that enhances every room.
One of the highlights of the ESSENZA project is undoubtedly the bathroom, which underwent a full renovation and intelligent expansion. We created a space where luxury meets functionality for a unique daily experience.
