ESSENZA – Complete Renovation of a High-End Apartment in Blonay (Vaud)
The ESSENZA project represents a complete apartment renovation carried out in Blonay, in the canton of Vaud, by FABINHA SA, a general renovation company. This high-end transformation fully modernized the space while maintaining timeless elegance.
Every intervention was conceived with architectural coherence in mind, with particular attention paid to materials, volumes, and natural light.
A Total Renewal for a Sublimated Interior
From the entrance, the apartment reveals a brighter and more refined atmosphere. The plasterwork was completely redone to achieve perfectly smooth and harmonious surfaces. We applied a professional hydrophobic paint, guaranteeing moisture resistance and durability.
The ceiling was also modernized: the white-painted paneling creates a feeling of expanded space and a subtle contemporary touch.
On the floor, gray marble-effect porcelain stoneware tiles were laid throughout the apartment, creating an elegant and timeless visual continuity.
