General Terms of Payment

  1. Currency of Payment
    All transactions are expressed and payable exclusively in Swiss francs (CHF).

  2. Payment Terms
    A deposit of the total amount is required upon signature of the quotation or contract.
    The balance is payable upon receipt of the final invoice, unless otherwise specified in the quotation or contract.
    Payments may be made via:

  • Bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.

  • Cash, up to the legal limit in force.

  • Credit or debit card, if this option is available and stated in the agreement.

  1. Payment Deadlines
    Full payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date.
    In case of delay, penalties may apply (see Article 4).

  2. Late Payment
    In the event of non-payment within the agreed period, late interest at a rate of 5% will be applied from the 10th day following the due date.
    The Provider reserves the right to suspend work or delivery of services until full payment has been received.

  3. Bank Charges
    All bank charges, commissions, or other costs related to the transfer of funds shall be borne by the client.

  4. Claims
    Any claim regarding an invoice must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt. After this period, the invoice shall be deemed accepted without reservation.

  5. Retention of Title Clause
    The goods, materials, or services supplied remain the property of the Provider until full payment of the invoice has been made.

  6. Recovery Measures
    In the event of persistent non-payment, the Provider reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings to recover the sums due. All recovery costs, including legal fees, shall be borne by the client.

  7. Applicable Law
    These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton in which the Provider’s registered office is located.
