1. General Return Conditions

Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.

2. Return Procedure

Submit a Request: Contact our customer service via email, providing your order number, the items concerned, and the reason for the return.

Approval: Once your request is registered, you will receive an email containing a return authorization and the necessary instructions.

Shipping: Send the items back to the specified address using a trackable delivery service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

Confirmation: Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation via email.
3. Refunds

Refund Method: Refunds are issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Timeline: Once the items are returned and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Refund Amount: The refund includes the price of the returned items, excluding original shipping costs (unless due to an error or defective product).

Exceptions: If the returned items are damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply a deduction.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or size, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 3 days, providing photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference.
