1. Delivery Areas
We offer delivery services to the following regions:

  • Switzerland: Delivery to the cantons of VAUD, GENEVA, BERN, FRIBOURG, VALAIS.

2. Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 30 business days after order processing.

  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet the indicated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (production, customs, etc.).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: 100 CHF

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including:

  • A contact number for real-time tracking.

5. Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Failed or Refused Delivery
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Repeated absence of the recipient at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal to accept the package by the customer.
    The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. In case of a refund, only the items will be reimbursed, excluding shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If a package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours with photos of the package and damaged items.

  • Lost Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately to initiate an investigation with the carrier.

8. Exceptions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions, including:

  • Large or heavy items.

  • Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas (additional fees may apply).

9. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I change my address after placing an order?
    Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the return procedure after receiving your items.
