Complete bathroom renovation in Etoy for REMAX Immobilier Lausanne

With AQUA, FABINHA SA presents the complete renovation of a bathroom located in Etoy, in the canton of Vaud, carried out for REMAX Immobilier Lausanne. From 3D design to the technical adaptation of the sanitary installations, this project combines a carefully considered layout with a selection of natural and contemporary materials. Taupe beige tiles, genuine oak furniture and refined finishes create a warm, functional and timeless space.

A bathroom renovation designed down to the last detail

Renovating a bathroom requires finding a balance between the organization of spaces, existing technical constraints and aesthetic choices.

For AQUA, our intervention in Etoy aimed to transform the room into a contemporary space, pleasant to use on a daily basis and adapted to the particularities of the building.

This project, carried out for REMAX Immobilier Lausanne, illustrates the importance of a comprehensive approach to renovation, where each step, from preparation to the installation of equipment, contributes to the quality of the final result.

A 3D design to visualize the future layout

Before the start of the work, a detailed 3D model of the bathroom was created in order to precisely define its new layout.

This design stage allows you to visualize the volumes, the placement of sanitary equipment, the combinations of materials and the proportions of the room before their implementation.

It also constitutes a valuable tool for anticipating technical constraints and adjusting the different elements of the project.

For AQUA, this preparation allowed us to approach the renovation with a clear vision of the desired result and an organization adapted to the specificities of the space.

A technical challenge related to water drainage

Behind the sleek aesthetics of this bathroom lies a particularly interesting technical intervention.

At the start of the construction site, our teams had to deal with an unusual configuration of the drainage network: the existing drainage was located at a lower level than the rest of the residence.

This particularity required careful consideration in order to adapt the sanitary installations to the configuration of the building.

After studying the constraints, a custom technical solution was implemented to allow the proper functioning of the equipment, while preserving the organization and aesthetics planned for the new bathroom.

Adapting the installations without compromising aesthetics

In a sanitary renovation, technical constraints can directly influence the placement of equipment and the general layout of the room.

The challenge of the AQUA project was to integrate the necessary adaptations while maintaining the clean lines and visual balance sought during the design.

This intervention illustrates our approach to renovation: seeking solutions adapted to the particularities of each home, reconciling technical requirements and aesthetic expectations.

Taupe beige tiles for a soft and natural atmosphere

The choice of coverings plays a central role in the aesthetic identity of this renovation.

For AQUA, the palette revolves around taupe beige shades, selected for their softness and their ability to create a warm and soothing atmosphere.

These natural tones bring a mineral dimension to the bathroom and pair harmoniously with the genuine wood present in the furniture.

The overall look favors a sober and timeless aesthetic, in which the materials and finishes are highlighted without multiplying decorative effects.

Genuine oak furniture, combining authenticity and elegance

The genuine oak bathroom cabinet constitutes one of the distinctive elements of the AQUA project.

With its natural grain and warm tones, the wood brings character to the composition and creates a subtle contrast with the taupe beige mineral surfaces.

Beyond its appearance, the furniture was selected to offer storage solutions adapted to the daily use of the room.

The combination of oak and coverings in soft shades allows for the creation of an elegant, comfortable and welcoming bathroom.

Carefully integrated equipment and finishes

A successful bathroom relies on the coherence between the equipment, the materials and the organization of the space.

For AQUA, the placement of the sanitary elements, the choice of accessories and the arrangement of the lighting were studied in order to create a harmonious whole.

The joints between the coverings, the alignments and the finishing details were given special attention to preserve the visual quality of the composition.

The result combines the softness of natural shades with contemporary equipment, in an atmosphere that is both functional and refined.

A complete renovation, from design to completion

The AQUA project reflects the importance of a coordinated approach in bathroom renovation work.

3D modeling, study of existing constraints, adaptation of drainage, implementation of coverings and integration of equipment: each step contributed to the transformation of this space.

For FABINHA SA, this continuity between design choices, technical solutions and finishes constitutes an essential part of our expertise.
