AURORA Project – Complete renovation of a 160 m² duplex in Paudex (Vaud)
The AURORA Project represents a complete renovation of a duplex in Paudex , meticulously planned down to the smallest detail. Located in the canton of Vaud, this 160 m² duplex apartment has undergone a comprehensive transformation, combining contemporary elegance with artisanal craftsmanship.
Our goal: to create perfect harmony between volumes, materials and finishes, for a coherent, bright and sustainable interior.
Complete renovation from floor to ceiling
The work began with a complete replacement of the floors , providing a new aesthetic and functional foundation to the entire duplex.

Each intervention was carried out with precision in order to achieve a contemporary and timeless interior.
Custom-made baseboards and joinery in RAL 9003
The baseboards were replaced with solid beech baseboards , painted in white RAL 9003 , ensuring perfect continuity with the walls and doors.
In the same vein, all custom-made built-in cabinets were produced in RAL 9003, ensuring an elegant and discreet integration into the interior architecture.
Renovation of the bathrooms and guest toilet
The project includes the complete renovation of two bathrooms as well as the guest toilet .
The washbasin units, sanitary ware and accessories were selected from the Laufen brand, renowned for its contemporary design and the quality of its finishes.
All sanitary facilities have been redesigned using high-quality materials, combining aesthetics, comfort and durability.
Custom-made stairwell and railings
The stairwell was completely transformed thanks to the design of a custom-made solid wood railing , painted in white RAL 9003.
This architectural element becomes a true connecting thread between the two levels of the duplex.
Sliding doors and space optimization
Two white sliding doors were installed for the bathrooms, optimizing circulation and enhancing the fluidity of the spaces.
