Located in the heart of the Swiss Alps, in the iconic resort of Gstaad, the Domus Altissima project embodies a high-end apartment renovation, combining excellent craftsmanship and contemporary design.
This apartment has been entirely redesigned to offer a refined living experience, blending noble materials, clean lines, and a warm atmosphere inspired by the chalet spirit.
Solid oak flooring and preservation of alpine character
The central element of this renovation is the 18 mm solid oak parquet flooring, laid according to the rules of the trade.
This noble wood brings texture, warmth, and authenticity to the entire apartment, while reinforcing the alpine identity of the place.
The original doors, windows, and frames were carefully sanded to preserve their character while modernizing their finish. The addition of high-end handles completes this subtle enhancement.
RAL 9003 finishes and high-end plasterwork (Q4)
The color palette is based on RAL 9003, applied in a matte finish on ceilings, skirting boards, and custom-made cabinets.
The walls, treated in the same shade with a satin finish, offer a luminous and dynamic interpretation of the volumes.
All walls have been drywall-lined with a Q4 finish, ensuring perfectly smooth surfaces. Custom-made false ceilings incorporate dimmable recessed LED spotlights for a controlled and warm ambiance.
Custom-made bathrooms with refined shades
Both bathrooms have been completely redesigned.

Satin brass accessories enhance the elegance of the spaces, while the furniture was custom-made to perfectly fit architectural constraints.
Designer kitchen with ZUG appliances and Neolith countertop
The kitchen combines minimalist design, high-end materials, and Swiss technology.
All household appliances are by ZUG, a Swiss benchmark for performance and durability.
The kitchen cabinets feature a beige shade with an ultra-matte soft touch finish, offering a velvety feel.
The Neolith countertop brings a contemporary mineral aesthetic, combined with exceptional resistance.
