This completely renovated house is a true masterpiece, combining refinement and artisanal craftsmanship. Here, Italian neoclassical elegance meets the timeless charm of the French Haussmann style, creating a perfect harmony between two iconic eras. Every detail has been meticulously considered to offer a luxurious and functional living environment.
We have placed particular emphasis on the use of exceptional materials: genuine Nero Marquina marble , with its subtle and deep veins, solid walnut with warm tones, and solid oak, worked with incomparable finesse. The refined moldings, the handmade solid oak parquet floors, and the sculpted marble fireplaces are all testament to the care taken in this transformation.
This project is not limited to aesthetics; we have completely renovated the house, starting with floor insulation and the installation of a new screed, incorporating modern underfloor heating for optimal thermal comfort. The creation of a new bathroom enhances the space, while the old one has been completely renovated to combine functionality and elegance.
In the kitchen, we installed a state-of-the-art Italian kitchen, equipped with Siemens StudioLine appliances, combining performance and design. The Laminam countertop adds a contemporary and sophisticated touch, perfectly in harmony with the rest of the house. The solid wood parquet flooring and solid walnut furniture create a warm and refined atmosphere, inviting intimacy and conviviality.
In addition to this structural transformation, our team also designed the interior layout, decoration, and furnishings of the apartment as a whole. Each room was designed to offer a unique atmosphere, both modern and timeless. The custom-made furniture, crafted from fine, durable materials, integrates perfectly into the space, while adding a personal touch and optimal comfort.
