Located in Lausanne , in the canton of Vaud , the ETERNO project embodies an exceptional renovation where Italian neoclassical elegance meets French Haussmannian refinement. This house has undergone a complete renovation , meticulously planned down to the smallest detail to offer a luxurious, functional, and timeless living environment.

The choice of materials was crucial in defining the project's identity. We selected exceptional finishes:

- Solid walnut , bringing warmth and sophistication.
- Solid oak , precisely crafted for parquet flooring and joinery.
The refined moldings, the handcrafted solid oak parquet floors and the sculpted marble fireplaces underline the architectural character of the house and reinforce its high-end identity.
Structural renovation and modern comfort
Beyond aesthetics, the ETERNO project involved a complete technical renovation:
- Floor insulation and creation of a new screed.
- Installation of modern underfloor heating for optimal thermal comfort.
- Creation of a new contemporary bathroom.
- Complete renovation of the old bathroom.
Each intervention was carried out in compliance with current standards, guaranteeing energy performance and sustainability.
Italian cuisine and contemporary design
The kitchen has been completely redesigned with the installation of a high-end Italian kitchen , equipped with Siemens StudioLine appliances. The Laminam worktop adds a contemporary and sophisticated touch, perfectly integrated into the overall aesthetic of the house.
The solid wood flooring and custom-made walnut furniture create a warm and refined atmosphere, reinforcing the dialogue between modernity and tradition.
Custom interior design and furniture
FABINHA SA also handled the interior design, decoration, and custom furniture. Each space was designed to offer a cohesive and harmonious experience, where luxury is expressed through the quality of the details and the precision of the finishes.
