Complete bathroom renovation with walk-in shower in Renens

With SERENITAS, FABINHA SA presents the complete renovation of a bathroom located in Renens, in the canton of Vaud. This project combines a new layout of the sanitary installations, the creation of a walk-in shower and the installation of mosaic in mineral tones. The AXOR faucets in a brushed black chrome finish bring a contemporary signature to this space, where materials, proportions and attention to detail create an elegant and timeless atmosphere.

Rethinking a bathroom around comfort and elegance

A bathroom renovation represents the opportunity to completely rethink the layout of a space and adapt its installations to current needs.

For SERENITAS, our intervention in Renens aimed to transform an existing bathroom into a more contemporary, functional and harmonious interior, paying particular attention to materials and equipment.

The project revolves around a walk-in shower, mosaic coverings and faucets with dark and refined finishes. Behind this sleek aesthetic is also a major work of adapting the technical installations.

A complete renovation, from removal to new installations

The SERENITAS transformation began with the dismantling of the old equipment and the removal of the existing coverings, in order to prepare the room for its new configuration.

The work included the complete replacement of the piping, the relocation of the water points and the adaptation of the sanitary layout.

These interventions made it possible to rethink the layout of the equipment and prepare the space for the integration of a walk-in shower and new coverings.

Each step is part of a global approach, where the preparatory work plays a role as important as the visible finishes once the construction is completed.

A new sanitary layout and completely replaced plumbing

One of the major technical aspects of the SERENITAS project lies in the modification of the existing sanitary installations.

The piping was renewed and the water points relocated in order to meet the requirements of the new layout. This adaptation makes it possible not to limit the design of the bathroom to its old configuration.

The new layouts were designed to facilitate the daily use of the room, while allowing a coherent integration of the equipment and faucets.

This work illustrates the importance of a mastered technical approach in sanitary renovation projects, where the quality of the installations constitutes the basis of a successful layout.

A walk-in shower with sleek lines

The creation of a walk-in shower constitutes one of the central elements of this renovation.

Its integration into the new layout allows for a more fluid reading of the bathroom, while favoring a contemporary aesthetic.

The continuity of the coverings, the integration of the faucets and the treatment of the details contribute to creating a sober and elegant shower space.

Beyond its appearance, the creation of a walk-in shower requires careful technical preparation, especially for the drainage slopes, waterproofing and sanitary connections.

Mosaic as an architectural element

The choice of mosaic gives SERENITAS a unique identity.

Used on the walls and floor, it brings a delicate texture and a visual rhythm that distinguishes this bathroom from more traditional compositions in large tiles.

Its mineral nuances create a soft and natural atmosphere, while offering an elegant contrast with the dark finish of the faucets.

Mosaic thus plays a double role: it dresses the surfaces and fully participates in the architectural character of the space, creating a harmonious continuity between the different elements of the renovation.

Precise installation work for refined finishes

The installation of mosaic requires particular attention to the preparation of the supports, the regularity of the alignments and the treatment of the joints.

Due to its many small elements, this type of covering particularly highlights the precision of the execution.

In the context of SERENITAS, the installation work contributes to the visual balance of the room and the coherence of the surfaces.

The attention paid to the joints and finishes directly contributes to the refined character of this project.

AXOR faucets in a brushed black chrome finish

To complete the coverings, the choice fell on high-end AXOR faucets, a brand from the hansgrohe universe.

The brushed black chrome finish stands out for its depth and subtle reflections. More nuanced than a classic matte black, it brings a contemporary and sophisticated dimension to the layout.

Associated with the light mosaic, this finish creates an elegant contrast that highlights the lines of the equipment without weighing down the space.

The care taken in the selection of the faucets contributes to the identity of NITOR, where materials and technical details come together in a coherent composition.

A Raindance shower set and matching accessories

The shower area benefits from Raindance equipment, including a large format overhead shower and a matching hand shower.

This set was chosen to accompany daily comfort and integrate into the new aesthetic of the bathroom.

The coordinated wall accessories take up the brushed black chrome finish, ensuring a visual continuity between the different elements.

This coherence in the choice of equipment allows to obtain a sober composition, where each piece naturally finds its place.

A mineral atmosphere enhanced by contemporary contrasts

The aesthetic identity of SERENITAS rests on a balance between the softness of the coverings and the more assertive character of the equipment.

The mosaic with mineral nuances dresses the space delicately, while the dark faucets introduce refined graphic accents.

This association gives the bathroom a contemporary atmosphere, without giving up the warmth and sobriety of natural materials.

The result favors a discreet elegance, where the quality of the materials and the precision of the details take precedence over decorative effects.

A renovation where technique accompanies design

The SERENITAS project illustrates the complementarity of the different interventions necessary for a complete bathroom renovation.

Demolition of the existing, replacement of the piping, relocation of the water points, creation of the walk-in shower, installation of mosaic and installation of high-end faucets: each step contributed to the transformation of the space.

For FABINHA SA, the quality of such a project rests on this continuity between technical work and architectural choices, with a constant attention paid to implementation and finishes.

SERENITAS: a contemporary bathroom in the heart of Renens

FABINHA SA unveils a project where the simplicity of the lines and the quality of the materials compose a new interior identity.

The walk-in shower, the mosaic coverings and the brushed black chrome faucets create an elegant and functional space, designed to meet daily uses.

This renovation in Renens reflects our approach: rethink existing installations, select suitable materials and pay particular attention to the quality of execution, from technical interventions to the final details.
